Gregg Wasser is the founder and manager of G&S Investors. Over his career Mr. Wasser has developed over 3.0 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in the New York metro area including the 500,000 square foot Waterfront at Port Chester, the 120,000 square foot Livingston Shopping Center, and the 300,000 square foot Mt. Vernon Shopping Center. G&S Investors has specialized in successfully completing complicated developments that have zoning, environmental and/or physical issues.
John Faltings is G&S Investors Vice President of Development and Construction and the President of G&S Solar. While at G&S Investors, John has led the construction of the 500,000 square foot Waterfront at Port Chester and the 300,000 square foot Mount Vernon Shopping Center. Prior to joining G&S Investors, John held various senior positions at Fortune 500 companies including Senior Vice President of Design , Construction and Development at Loews Cineplex Entertainment, Director of Architecture and Director of Construction at Toys “R” Us as well as various engineering and construction positions at Mobil Oil Corporation. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Doug Riley is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in commercial and financial transactions, particularly in the areas of land use, real estate and environmental regulation. Mr. Riley received his Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and also attended the Johns Hopkins University Center for International Studies in Bologna, Italy. Mr. Riley received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining G&S, Mr. Riley was Corporate Counsel to retailer Costco Wholesale Corporation of Issaquah, Washington, and Assistant General Counsel to electronics manufacturer Wang Laboratories, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts. Mr. Riley also served as Assistant City Solicitor to the City of Newton, Massachusetts.
Bill is a Licensed Master Electrician with over 30 yrs. experience in the electrical industry, last 14 of which have been almost exclusively in the Solar PV industry. Over the last 6 years has supervised the installation of over 90MW of solar systems on commercial and municipal rooftops as well as standalone multi MW solar farms. Experienced in all aspects of installs and NEC electrical code requirements. Responsible for all aspects of installations from project and personnel management, site supervision, scheduling and ongoing O&M operations.

Gary Dragona has over 25 years of experience in both business development & transportation fields. He is responsible for the development of G&S Solar’s commercial portfolio & the logistics coordination of materials to those project sites. Prior to joining the G&S Team, Gary was a Regional Sales Manager for a tier 1 PV module manufacturer. His leadership & industry expertise enabled his sales team to consistently surpass their goals by providing a personalized & reliable service to their valued customers. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Saint Peter’s University, in Jersey City, NJ. Furthering his education background, he received a degree in Transportation Management & Logistics Planning from Rutgers University, in Newark, NJ and completed an Associate degree program at the Academy of Advanced Traffic, New York City.

Andrew Matlack has over 25 years of consultative technical sales expertise, having spent the last six years delivering budget neutral solutions in the renewable / energy efficiency sectors, and the previous fourteen years as a data center infrastructure sales professional. Andrew’s consistent success is rooted in the fundamental tenets of persistence, customer vision, and delivering value. Andrew is United States Marine Corps veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Marketing from Kutztown University.

Kevin Purdy is responsible for all sales and business development activities for G&S Solar. Kevin has over 25 years leading sales teams to enable customer success. His experience has been in a variety of industries; automation, contract manufacturing, data center efficiency, and now in solar since 2009. His success has always come from his and his teams focus on customer service and customer success. In Solar, Kevin started with PV Powered growing the East Coast region and continued in the same responsibility for Advanced Energy. In total, Kevin has been responsible for getting Advanced Energy inverters on over 1GW of solar installations. Kevin has a BS Materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology.
